f you want to open your e-mails with Microsoft Outlook, you need to enable POP3 or IMAP

Setting Up According to IMAP Protocol

1. In the Microsoft Outlook startup, Welcome window, click the Next button.
2. On the account configuration page, click the Next button on the Email accounts tab without changing the default value of Yes.

PS: If you have an account already set up and you want to add another account, here are the steps

Folder -> Click Add Account button from the Info page

3. Select Manually configure server settings and additional server types and click Next.
4. Select the Internet E-mail option and click the Next button.
5. Enter the required information below.

Your Name: Type in the username. (for example Saruhanweb)

E-mail address: Type the e-mail address (for example info@saruhanweb.com)

Account Type: IMAP

Incoming mail server: imap.yandex.com.tr

Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.yandex.com.tr

Username: Your e-mail username.

Password: Your e-mail password.

Leave other parameters at the default value.

Click on the other settings button

6. Click the Outgoing server tab. Turn on the Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication feature and select Use same name settings as my incoming mail server.
7. Click on the Advanced tab. Enter the settings below;

Incoming mail server (IMAP): 993

Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL

Outgoing mail server (SMTP): 465

Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL

Click the OK button.

8. Click the Test Account Settings button to check the account settings.

Login to the incoming mail server (IMAP) - Done

Send test email message - Done

If it looks like. Outlook setup configuration is complete. Click the Close button. And click the Next button and complete the installation. When you click the Next button, the account test settings will be made again. Click the OK button.

9. Click the Finish button to complete the setup.

Setting Up According to POP3 Protocol

1. In Microsoft Outlook Startup, click the Next button in the Welcome window
2. On the Account Configuration page, click the Next button on the Email accounts tab without changing the default value of Yes.

PS: If you have already set up an account, you want to add another account, here are the steps

3. Select Manually configure server settings and additional server types and click Next.
4. Select the Internet E-mail option and click the Next button.
5. Enter the required information below.

Name Write your username. (for example Saruhanweb)

E-Mail: Write your e- mail adress (örneğin: bilgi@saruhanweb.com)

Account Type: POP3

Incoming Mail Server:  pop.yandex.com.tr

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.yandex.com.tr 

User Name: Your e-mail username

Password: Your e-mail password

Leave other parameters at the default value.

 
Click on the other settings button.

6. Click the Outgoing Server tab. Giden sunucusu (SMTP) için kimlik doğrulaması gerekiyor özelliğini açın ve Gelen posta sunucum ile aynı ad ayarlarını kullan seçeneğini seçin.
   Turn on the Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication feature and select use same name settings as my incoming mail server.
    
7. Click on the Advanced tab. Enter the settings below;

Incoming mail server (POP3): 995

Choose the option "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)".

Outgoing mail server (SMTP): 465

Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL

Click the OK button

8. Click the Test Account Settings button to check the account settings.

Login to the incoming mail server (IMAP) - Done

Send test e-mail message - Done

If it looks like Outlook setup configuration is complete. Click the Close button. And click the Next button and complete the installation. When you click the Next button, the account test settings will be made again. Click the OK button.

9. Click the Finish button to complete the setup.
